Because the last time I checked, Miamians don't even know HOW to scrape ice off of their cars in the morning. Most of us don't own winter clothes- hell, today I wore mittens, and I felt like an animal.

I saw the movie 2012. I told myself as soon as I heard that movie was coming out, that I wouldn’t. I go back on my word with movies, you guys. I’ll do the same with Twilight, rest assured. Oh I’m sorry. New Moon.

Anyhow, I saw the movie and I can’t really complain. It had everything I expected a good movie to have, and it made me cry- I love that in a movie. Crying helps me unwind. Don’t judge me.

Honestly, I don’t know how I feel about 2012. I’m not getting into the facts on this blog. We all know the “facts” about the Mayans, and Nostradamus, so I digress. The preview urges viewers to “find out the truth” and to Google 2012. I’ll just go with that. If you know nothing of 2012, just Google it.

If you do, you’ve probably asked yourself what you’re going to do with the next 3 years or so of your life. Should we start to focus on the quality of our lives now? If the world is going to end in three years, what the hell am I doing? I should be blowing all my money, and finding ways to end this right. In other words, I should be on a boat.

I haven’t been keeping up with a lot of reality shows lately, which is very unlike me. As I’m writing this, The Hills is on and I have no idea what went down. Apparently Kristin is “On to the next”, Heidi still wants kids, Spencer is still a douchebag, and Audrina (my least favorite) is still clueless. Don’t even get me started on Jade, I think she’s a train-wreck. I know, because I can be just like her and it’s putrid.

So I lied. I know exactly what is going on- Nothing. God knows why I still watch any of these shows. I’m fully aware that none of this is reality, because I have a brain. But still I continue to catch up on missed episodes, have “favorites”, and watch in envy- wishing that this fallacy could be my reality- when it isn’t even theirs.

One show that I actually can get into is Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew. Not only do I know countless people who I feel should be in rehab for sex, but watching the show helps me to understand how much of a problem this can really be- since I knew nothing about it before. I just think it’s interesting and worth knowing about. Of course throwing a bunch of sex addicts together would be entertaining as well, because we all know what they’re thinking.

I need to pry myself away from shows like The Hills and For the Love of Ray Jay, though. Honestly.

I saw a prostitute for the first time.

On the way to my Godson's house for my best friends birthday, I made a wrong turn and ended up on this poorly lit, really scary road. That's when I saw her. She was tall, blond, and wearing stilettos. Those were the first physical things I noticed. Then I realized that she was wearing a bathing suit top (not a bra- which is what I thought it was at first.) I wasn't close enough to see her face, but as far as I could tell- she was an attractive chick. Not prostituty at all. But she did have the prostitute vibe. I had never seen one before, therefore I've never gotten the vibe before either- but I instantly knew what it was. It's one of those.

It was nothing- no big deal. I thought it would be. I mean, this is a prostitute, you guys! Like, that's a huge deal!

I only felt sorry for her. Half of me wanted to give her a shirt, and maybe some money.

As I was making my three pointer and driving back to the main road, I saw a cop turn down prostitute alley, and I imagined her running in the stilettos.

I laughed to myself and instantly forgot about the whole situation until now.

We didn't even have anywhere to go!

Gtfo of here. Seriously, this is my favorite game. I'm not much of a gamer, but I'll play shit from time to time either with my boyfriend, or on the Mac to pass the time.

Little big effing planet is on PSP? I swear I'll spend the money just to play this game all the time. It won't be as satisfying since I won't get to high five my boyfriend, persuade him to allow me to pop bubbles before he does, or dress up our characters in the bride and groom matching outfits- but I know I'll still love it.

They'll never stop coming up with ways to get me to spend money I don't have.

I knew my birthday would be interesting this year, because it almost always is.
The girls picked me up at what felt like the break of dawn to head to the beach and just chill. I told them that all I wanted was to get drunk for my birthday, and on a empty (and just awoken) stomach they had my back. Those bitches always have my back (especially when having my back means handing me drinks)

So as we walked around South beach (Bacardi in hand, of course) it started pouring. But honestly, the rain has never stopped me before, (unless the do is in danger, but I had a towel ladies- it was all good) so we just went to TGIF and drank some more. I had some blue cotton candy thing, it was great.

Of course after the weather cleared up, we did the beach/seagulls/cold ass water thing- and headed out.

Oh, and we checked out Dash by the Kardashians. Honestly, pure trash. $300+ trash at that. Nothing like the show, not even close.

After all that, my boyfriend took me out to a beautiful restaurant, and showered me with presents. I felt like a princess today, you guys!

Tomorrow I'm celebrating, and the weekend is mine too. So watch the fuck out. ;)

If I ever need inspiration, the first place I look to is a sad film. I think of the most gut-wrenching movie I can remember, go to iTunes, find the soundtrack (or score), and buy it.

After my purchase, I'll just close my eyes, lay on my bed (or in some cases, the floor)- and listen.

After spending a couple bucks, and maybe even crying for a good half an hour, just like that- I'm inspired. Honestly.

In the past month or so, I kid you not, I have done this 6 times- maybe more. Nine times out of ten, the composer will be either Aaron Zigman, Danny Elfman, or Harry Gergson-Williams (H.G Dubbs) unintentionally. I'm beginning to recognize their styles of composition, and it's so satisfying to watch a movie and recognize who wrote the score before actually knowing. These men bring emotions out of me that I never knew I could have, and not to mention have completely taken over the mainstream movie score composition game.

Actually guys, the movie doesn't even have to be all that sad to inspire me. Star Trek wasn't sad at all. But the music from that movie does things to my soul. Real things. I can say the same for a couple others. For the sake of example, some well known ones that do it for me are ones like Big Fish, Sex and the City (the movie), My Sister's Keeper (For real, this one's a winner), The Notebook, and The Chronicles of Narnia.

I want to meet these men that can make me cry, to congratulate them.

First off, let me start by saying that those four words have scarred me. I mean really really scarred.

My cousins, Josh, and I were doing the whole "4 girls one cup reaction" thing, (The 40th time watching didn't bother me at all, you guys. It did take me a while to get to this comfort level though) when Josh brought up 3 guys one hammer. Like most internet users, I usually love this stuff. I thought it was going to be like the QQQQQ thing (If you don't know what I'm talking about, here you go) or the pain Olympics.

It wasn't. It was horrible, very graphic, and damn near brought tears to my eyes.
It's amazing to me that something like that video could still be on the internet.

In short, the video is of a man who is being brutally murdered by three Russian kids. I didn't see a hammer, because no one could watch the whole thing. There was a lot of blood, and the man was alive and suffering through most of what I saw.

I advise whoever is reading to stay away from that video. I wouldn't even feel right posting the link.

I haven't slept in a very long time. During the summer I could really hold my own. I never slept- and it was scary how normal being awake all the time became. But now that I'm back in the groove of things (school, papers, practice, whatever..) I've been sleeping at a somewhat normal time almost every night.

Kailey and I had the brilliant idea to stay up all night, and take our asses to Playthings bright and early this morning. It was a horrible fucking idea because now I feel completely wired. I am wide awake, and exhausted simultaneously. It sucks.

I got another costume for Halloween though (@ Playthings, in Miami). I blow a shitload of money every year on costumes, but I have to say this year I've outdone myself. It's definitely generic (a sexy bunny), but completely original (we made our own outfits). No one will have this costume my friend! (Except Kailey. We're dressing alike)

You can totally see my ass cheeks. But that's what it's all about. Ass cheeks.

I haven't updated this blog in a little while, you guys! So much has been going on- and I've been at tumblr. That site is full of crap though. I stayed because it's so easy to update and I have an insane amount of followers there. But the drama! The drama is crazy! For those of you who haven't "tumbled", there's something called a "reblog". You can reblog anything someone else blogs, and then write whatever you want to write along with what was already written. This was a mistake on Tumblr's part. It kind of turns tumblr into Facebook or Myspace, instead of a blogging site. Posts turn into conversations, everyone disagrees with everyone else, and honestly you can't even keep up.

Which is why I'm thinking of deleting that blog- and just sticking around here.
As you can see, I've started fresh- all the old posts are gone! I may even get a domain name. I might as well. This laptop is attached to me, and I'm a sharer. I need a site of my own, right?!
